Habit Building and Stacking - An Art

Hey all, so sorry I missed last week. The past few weeks have been pretty crazy. I started a new job, working to create and manage a successful sleepwear business, and last but most certainly not least, wedding plan. Not only that but our English Cream Golden, Boomer, had to have a growth on his paw removed this morning. Turns out that is a pretty extensive surgery, but it all went well. Enough about me. Let’s get back on track with our topic this week. I thought it was only fitting that we talk next about habits.

There are many perspectives on habits, each offering valuable insights into our daily lives and personal growth. As we go through life, many of us, myself included, find it essential to unlearn bad habits while fostering new, beneficial ones.
